Domestic pickup
- After QC in Jinjiang / Quanzhou, goods move to our consolidation point.
- Domestic warehouse / pickup is a flat $2 on the landed quote.
- We do not release cartons until item counts, weights, and carton marks are checked.

International freight
- Published rate: $12 per kg on actual carton weight (not volumetric unless stated).
- Multi-SKU orders share one export carton whenever size and timing allow.
- Final freight is recalculated when the packed weight is confirmed.

Carton marks & packing
- Tell us your preferred marks (buyer code, SKU, size run for apparel, destination) on WhatsApp before packing.
- Default marks include style number, quantity, and destination city / country.
- Photo confirmation of packed cartons is available on request before handoff to the forwarder.

Lead time & tracking
- Factory production / stock pull time depends on the booth MOQ and availability.
- QC and packing typically follow within a few working days after goods are ready.
- Once the shipment is booked, we share the forwarder reference and tracking on WhatsApp.
Destination details to send on WhatsApp
Incomplete delivery info delays booking. Include the following when you inquire or after QC is approved.
- Full destination address or port / airport for the consignee
- Contact name and phone for delivery or customs clearance
- Incoterm preference if you use your own forwarder (otherwise we quote door / airport options on WhatsApp)
- Import rules for your country (electronics, peptides, cosmetics, auto parts, etc.)
Pricing reminder
Landed quotes use FX at 7.25, 10% trading-company commission, $2 domestic pickup, and $12/kg international freight unless we agree otherwise in writing. Freight is adjusted to actual packed weight.
