Agreement

By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or placing an order on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, Shipping policy, and Return & refund policy.

If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

Our role

• We act as a trading company / purchasing agent — not as the factory booth itself.
• We place and pay supplier POs in CNY after your payment clears (or as otherwise agreed).
• Catalog prices are estimates: FX at 7.25, 10% commission, $2 domestic pickup, and $12/kg freight unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
• Final availability, carton weight, and lead time depend on the supplier and are confirmed before or after deposit as agreed on WhatsApp.

Orders & payment

• Orders are accepted when we confirm quantity, sizes/variants, destination, and payment method (site checkout or WhatsApp).
• Accepted methods: Zelle, Apple Pay, bank transfer, and Bitcoin (see Payment methods).
• Title to goods transfers according to the Incoterm or handoff point agreed for your shipment.
• You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance in the destination country unless we expressly include them.

Website content

Product names, images, and booth data are curated from public supplier listings and may change. We may update or remove SKUs without notice.

You may not scrape, copy, or resell site content in bulk without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order’s goods and agreed service fees (excluding third-party freight once handed to the forwarder, unless we caused the loss).

We are not liable for factory delays outside our control, customs seizures due to incorrect buyer paperwork, or market demand changes after you approve a PO.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yiwella primarily operates its trading desk, unless mandatory local consumer laws say otherwise. Disputes should first be raised on WhatsApp for good-faith resolution.
